What we collect

When you send a request, quote, or partnership inquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, contact details, company, property address, the services and dates you describe, notes, and any photos you attach. We use this only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule work.

How requests are delivered

Form submissions are sent to the R&J team by email through a transactional email provider. If online delivery is unavailable, the site offers to open your own email app with the request pre-filled instead.

Ask R&J assistant

When the online assistant is enabled, your questions are processed by an AI service provider to generate a reply and are not stored by this site. Don’t share passwords, payment details, or government ID numbers in chat. The assistant gives guidance only; the R&J team confirms scope, pricing, and scheduling.

On your device

The planning tools save your in-progress draft in your browser’s session storage so it carries between tools. It stays on your device and clears when you close the tab. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us deliver this site and your request, or when required by law.
